NFL Teams Ranked by Number of Games Favored for 2026
The Los Angeles Rams enter the 2026 season favored in 16 of 17 regular-season games, the highest total among all 32 teams. The Arizona Cardinals sit at the opposite end of the list with zero games in which they are favored. This ranking is derived from lookahead point spreads for every regular-season matchup.
Teams with high numbers of games favored include the Cincinnati Bengals at 15, the Detroit Lions at 14, the Buffalo Bills at 14, the Baltimore Ravens at 14, and the Seattle Seahawks at 14. Lower totals appear for the Miami Dolphins with one game, the Cleveland Browns and Tennessee Titans with two each, and several NFC South clubs that remain underdogs in most contests despite projected win totals near or above seven.
Projected win totals show alignment in some cases and divergence in others. The Rams’ projected total of 10.5 corresponds to their status as Super Bowl favorites at +800 odds. The Patriots and Broncos each appear favored in 10 games after 14-win seasons in 2025, while the Jaguars, who won 13 games in 2025, are favored in only nine contests entering 2026.
The schedule strength and divisional matchups will determine whether these projections hold. The Bears face the league’s toughest schedule yet remain favored in 12 games, while several teams open as underdogs in the first half of the season, including the Broncos in five of their first six contests.
